You should get speaker harness adapters for them so you won't have to cut the wires in the doors. Check Crutchfield or SoundDomain for them. You'll also need a speaker mounting adapter for each speaker, since they don't mount straight to the door. Some people gut the original speaker and use it as the adapter, as long as you don't intend to use them again.
Check out the DIY article on front speaker installation HERE.

what speakers are they? if they are dual voice coil, you will have to wire them either in series or in parallel in order to connect them right to a deck (and you better hope you can get them to 4ohms). if not you will have to use an amplifier to use them, or get different speakers (most only have 2 connections each).
Yeah whats the impedance on the speakers? if you can wire them in parallel you can connect them to the stock head unit with no problems... Or you can wire them in series (hook up the positive to one positive terminal of one of the coils, then hook the negative to the other coil's negative input) and then just bridge a wire from the positive of the one coil to the negative of the other
PM me if you need assistance beyond this

if they are DVC and 4 ohms per coil, the speakers would either get half the power they used to (series) or twice what they used to (parallel). the first would sound pretty bad, and the latter might damage the head unit.
