camber plates

i recent lowered the car and the coil overs did not come with a top strut mount and i haven't had much luck finding an adjustable one. I've tried the camber bolts but they didn't correct the angle enough and i plan on doing autocross so i need something solid. currently it has the oem top mounts because thats what the manufacturer called for but i have a very positive camber now. if anyone knows any good adjustable top mounts that are sold as just the plate and bearing please link them cause I don't want to have to buy another set of coil overs after only having my new ones for only a month and am very happy with them overall

Re: camber plates

sadly, since the 7th gen, nothing rightly available.
I use the camber bolts on my 2002, they can get me down to -3 deg.
Are you sure your bolts are correctly setup? Did you put the tabs in the right direction? They should get you plenty of static negative camber (not enough dynamic camber)

I would also suggest working on the rears.
Correcting camber on the rears, anti-roll bar is worth more than working on the front (that only the camber bolts can help - I removed my front bar, 1 inch rear bar)

Re: camber plates

i already have adjustable control arms in the back but i want plates for the front cause they'll hold the adjustment better than the bolts will

Re: camber plates

they both rely on friction to hold the adjustment...
top plate is usually using hex keys that are hard to get the torque on them, so comparable, even if they have 4 bolts vs 1.

so i assume you got the neg camber numbers from the lobbed bolts?

again, have you looked at rear bars then?

PS: I am also a former autoxer
