Ok ... Turn car of.. Turn headlight switch to off and the relay in engine fuse box starts to buzz !!
Causing my headlights to turn on ... Not full power but they will light up and the buzzing continues
i pull relay replace it and it still buzzing i can flick it and it will shut off but not for long
i CAN pull the relay but ill have no headlights for night...

While it's acting up, will it light the headlights on both low beam and high beam if you flip the stalk to either?
Both headlights (left and right) come on while acting up?
Do the park lights come on as well, or are they unaffected?
Remove the top column cover, unplug the headlight switch harness connector. Does the problem stop, or does that have no effect?

The lights on during buzzing may be your DRL lights (High beams at lower power supplied/PWM)
It may be poor solder joints (at relay pins, and connector pins)
That was common on7ths.
