2003 Civic Si, Transmission was taken out for a noise from input shaft bearing and had no issues with any gear. Came back from the transmission place and installed and now 3rd gear wont stay just pops out. I asked the transmission guy and he says he did nothing but change the input shaft bearing and he refuses to believe that I had no issues prior. Anyone have any idea what might be causing it ? Someone mentioned detent springs might be weak or not set properly. I found two bolts and both had the ***** and the spring in place but I have a diagram from Snap on and it shows three bolts. Anyone have any experience overhauling this transmission

check the shift linkages during installation the tech may have messed something up.
