Re: clicking noise when braking?
u sure its front and not rear, if its rear, its prolly hotspots on the drum. if its front, it could be a loose caliper, did u put the spacer in with the brake pads??

Re: clicking noise when braking?
Is it the single click with a slight feeling at the same time at the pedal ??
My 05 has been doing this a long time.
There was a solution about moving the brake switch position (rotating) Gearbox said he did it and the noise only went away for a short while.
I have considered replacing the brake switch but they may not have made any changes to part resolve the problem.

Re: clicking noise when braking?
most of the time the noise is gone, but sometimes i can hear it again. it was a ton louder with the switch in the stock position. at least try rotating it, it will only make it better.
