misfire at high rpms

misfire at high rpms
i have a 1999 honda civic hx with a cat back exhaust and a short ram intake. i have noticed that i get an flashing check engine light in really high rpms on the highway. and it goes away if i slow down. what could it be?

It only does this when you run "really high Rpms"? How high are you talking?
I dont want to have you start checking and replacing peices in your ingnition system to find out its only coming on to let you know your abusing it
