Hey guys. I need help. My civic has a power surge when you get in the throttle. If you set the cruise at 70 it will surge about every 3 seconds. Over the weekend I changed my tps and installed a cold air intake. The idle relearn was done and I'm still having surge problems. I've seen a lot of posts with guys having this problem but the threads always wander off with no answer to the problem. Are there any members here that have had this problem and figured it out? Thanks in advance for any help

Idk, but i'd start with cleaning the IAC valve, making sure my grounds are all clean and have good contact.
