Well.... The park uses the low speed windings to perform parking.

Is this a Canada made model by chance ?? (04 Si sedan)

Own a multimeter ??

An Si up there is an EX down here. (1.7 engine)

An 04 Si down here is a 3 door hatch and has a 2.0 engine.

Re: wiper problem please help

This is a quote from the electrical manual on theory and some wire color info:

With the ignition switch on II battery voltage is applied to the wiper motor through fuse #20 (in the underdash fuse relay box) when you move the wiper switch to LOW, the low speed winding of the motor is grounded through the low contact of the wiper/washer switch, and the wipers run at low speed.

Wire colors: GRN/BLK = +12 volts ign at II
BLU = LOW
BLU/YEL = HIGH

With key at II measure voltage at the BLU lead to see if voltage present…If not you have open low winding or open circuit
