Hi everyone,

Long time reader, first time poster. I have a 2002 Civic Si hatchback. First owner, 170k miles and still loving it.

My rear windshield wiper is missing the nozzle that points and shoots the wiper fluid vertically. I don't have a problem with fluid dispensing but rather the direction in which it goes. The story is that I had the wiper arm replaced and months after repair, when the weather got crappy I noticed that the fluid was not being sprayed on the windshield. So when I asked the repair guy, it was too late to find any missing parts.

I've tried calling Honda Corporate and my local dealer parts dept for answers with no success. I took a good hard look at the parts schematics too. I just can't figure out how to get the rear windshield nozzle part.

Does anyone know anything about this part? Any prior experience? Any easy way to get this part? Perhaps even a DIY option?

Please help with any advice. Any pictures of how the nozzle should look would be helpful too if anyone could donate a few minutes. Thanks in advance!

I think Honda makes you buy the whole wiper motor to get it.
