windshield washer lights on
why is that my windshield washer fluid lights on the dashboard even though the container is full, is there a way to fix this?

The sensor must be faulty, take it out and clean it off and if that doesn't work you might need to replace the sensor.

must be canadian car. no washer fluid in snow/salt on the roads could be safety issue...
canadian cars also have double the washer tank capacity

Yeah. Some cars do. Mine has one IIRC. I've seen the spot and the icon, but I've never actually seen it light up. But yeah, more than likely the sensor for it is faulty or it may just need to be cleaned.

Well, I used to own a 2003 Civic and the washer light came on, Never actually figured it out. The washer tank was completely full. I never really cared much.

Only the Canadian cars have sensor levels in them. I live in Canada but now own a 2005 American Civic, and it doesn't have a Washer fluid gauge on it. Sucky
