It's under the dash, in the center. Pop out the lower-center panel in the dash (the one with the cigarette lighter). You'll also have to pull back the carpet some to remove 1 of the torx bits (there's 3).

thanks down_ for the instructions. took a few trys to get it right. on your step 4, only need to attach the jumper for an instant.
