02 Si Axle Removal?

I need help removing the driver side axle off a 2003 civic si. i have a diy that im lookin at but it doesnt have every step. so im lookin for some help on how to remove it step by step. any help would be appreciated. the main problem were havin is removing the bolt at the bottom that had the cotter pin and had a crown lookin bolt. we can seem to get any progress on removing it. a video would be great. were trying to remove it so we can change the clutch and we are gettin no where because of this one little thing.

realy all you have to do to get and axle out is take off the king bolt in the brake take the camber bolts so the brake is free floating, it should be just floating on the lower control arm. slide the axle out of the brake so its free floating and is only attached to the trany then it should pull out if no mods have been done to the trany it might require a pry bar to pop it from the trany and it should be out now if im correct there should be a ring on the end that goes into the trany make shure that dosent get messed around with that can cause some real problems. its in there so when you turn it dosent pop out the axle. try that. thats just how i do it id show but i dont have a car to show it on

if im right and the front frame on the si is about the same as the regular 7th then this should be how u do it Click image for larger version

ID:	74758 i did a quick painting hahahaha ignore whats at the top when i say remove the bolt attached to the axle i mean the king bolt thats in the middle of the rotor and then do like i said in the other pop it out with a pry bar. i hope it helps a little are u pulling the engine?

preciate it taco. problem is the car has had mods, and it looks like it migta got air born. were jus gonna end up puttin it back together and towing it to a shop. preicate all the help
