HELP ME PLEASE

i tried to replace my alarm horn with a air horn but it did not work. so i then tried to put it back i only touched 2 wires the power and the ground. but now the alarm is steadily going off and its low you have to b close to it to hear it. i can disarm the alarm it self and start the car but the horn doesnt shut up.


please help me fast.

its a honda factory installed alarm.

The horn is not loud, but does not shut up???
Everything works ok, except the horn ??

Check all the fuses, though it's doesn't sound like a fuse problem

Sounds like a wiring problem,
Horn is getting steady low current,
instead of strong sudden current, when used

one fuse was blown so i replaced it but still the same. is there anyway of reseting the alarm box. its an automate.

Sounds like the air horn drew to much current. I think you fried the horn part of the circuit. Put it back as best you can and take to the dealer and tell them it just started acting funny. More then likely to hole system going to start flaking. Next time use a relay.

hey thanks i was just check to see if the air horn worked so i left the air horn out.

what a mistake, ouch

i brought it to a friends shop and he told me i fried the brain. so he put a new brain. now it works better then when honda put it in. he told me that the brain was already messed from before.
