Exclamation Alarm System

hey guys i have been researching for long time to figure out this issue.
Honda Civic 2003 Coupe ex
" My car doesnot honks when i arm the alarm system, it used to when i lock the car."
Yes i have check the doors, the hood, the trunk, the fuse and the sunroof to make sure the everything is shut still no honk.
Yes the car does lock, the small red light also blinks, and when i double click the lock the alarm goes off.
Any suggestions or any advice?

Horn still works when you push the horn button, right?


No "door ajar" warning lights on the dash?
Trunk latch switch?

Is your red LED mounted in the center of the upper steering column cover?
Maybe it's had modes changed, like its in valet mode or something.
