Ive got a weird question
What if i were to install an intercooler before the intake filter on an intake?
does the intercooler restrict airflow or does it just make it denser and flows just the same....I dunno why but I was just wondering this...What Would happen if i got a small intercooler and hooked it on somehow to the intake?

Not positive, but i think it would be restrictive going through a intercooler and a intake. And it probably wouldn't do much anyways. The reason for an intercooler on a turbo is cause those turbos get very hot, and that heat is blown to the intake manifold. Intercooler just helps cool things down a bit.
Well it could work if you had a front mount intercooler and put the filter somewhere under the driver side headlamp. But they do have intakes with a front mount air filter( not sure for our cars). But if you were to try it, intercoolers are kind of pricy. Probably be wiser to just save up for the whole turbo kit.

Yea i thought so...I knew it wouldn't work like someone would think...but I got the idea from someone who said to mount an intercooler under the kamanari hood scoop to get any functionality out of it. But i guess that really wouldn't do sh|t either
