i can try to name the off the top of my head.

remove the visors and their clips, rearview mirror, and theres a clip in the back next to the light. the there are 3 clip on the front side of your sun roof, 1 on the left side and one on the right side and i think 2 behind the sun roof. and 3 clips in the back. i think that should be all. its kinda hard to explain in words.

after you remove the visors, rearview, ect all you need to do is give the headliner a little tug and all the clips should release.

and in case you were woundering, you have to remove the A, B, and C pillars.

Hey Sicma (or anyone else that's replaced the headliner w/ sunroof),
What's the easiest way to get the sliding fabric panel out of the sunroof assembly? There doesn't seem to be any obvious way short of dropping the entire thing off the roof.

this kinda iterests me. for the gluing is there some sort of fabric sheets of glue? like a piece of fabric with glue on both sides that you'd put between the headliner and the desired fabric, then just iron to glue it in place?
