wes - talked to duke a few minutes ago . he said he called the guy where they buy their s/s tubing and he's waiting for the guy to get back to him with prices on the
1 1/4 and 1 1/2 45's and 90's . he said the total will probably run around $100 or $150. he's also gonna talk to uncle jeff about building my engine for turbo and nitrous. jeff's looking for an import to get his hands on , so i volunteered mine.

sam - so are you selling the kit or not ? i recommend not selling it , but thats my 2 cents .

andy - if you do decide to sell that motor down the road , wes is gonna need one to build . hint hint ( you could cash in )

Nathan, i sold the kit to a guy on the site for $2150 and i bought for $1500. I would also like to do a custom setup with an external wastegate and better quality stuff. Espically a good fuel system. I might get in with u and wes.

Anyways, I think my im may be cracked or I have a snipped wire on my map and on my a/c. I need to pick up a helm's so that I can take care of it and get my car running right again, limp mode sucks but at least the car is driveable. Hopefully I can have the a2 swapped in by Christmas. Ahh, bonuses are awesome

DONE...TURBO INSTALLED....gonna set my boost controller tomorrow and hook up the turbo timer and thats a WRAP....BIG BIG BIG THANX TO SAMARI ....oh yeah it feels good on 5psi but I'm new booty so that might just be me

it wasnt my cell phone...it was my location...i was on the lake...

since you are "new booty" take it easy for a while and get use to the car before you go around upping the boost and stuff like that...see how your car is going to respond to the boost and to make sure that everything is sealed right...leave you low boost on 5lbs...for now, i wouldnt go any higher than 8lbs for high boost until get use to the car now....it is going to drive totally different...

thanks man, i might hold up a while before i start turboing my car. i hit a huge opussum the other nite and cracked a small portion of my body kit so i have to get it re-painted and fix a few stress cracks on the front bumper and passenger side sideskirt. i'll give you a holler when i'm ready. opussums suck lol

Cliff-Glad you got everything together. Hope the car runs well and doesn't give you any problem. With a wideband, you should be able to make a good 200 whp at 7 psi, no prob. On 9, you should see 225-ish at the wheels. Get an aem yugo and the sky is the limit What did you end up using for the turbo's oil feed? I take it that you found some fittings (maybe Sam's?) I'm hoping that you learned alot from the install and if any problems arise from the boost that you can figure them out without too much trouble. Enjoy the hell out of it man!

I like 5psi...I set that as my low...well actually I just ride around with the boost controller is off and just go off the acuator and 8-9psi so far is the high

I LEARNED ALOT FROM THIS INSTALL...I'm not gonna sit up and say I know how to install a turbo but I can troubleshoot mine though almost thoroughly...still learning...but thats what u do right sam...in order to learn, u do it yourself and/or watch/help....after this kinda makes me a more DIY'er... = CHEAP BASTARD...lol...I will post up pics when I get her cleaned up and hosed down lol

glad to see that everything went good on the install....remember...there are limits....so please becareful....if you do try to tune it with a wideband, make sure that the person knows what they are doing....

now i cant wait until i get my kit back on so that i can smoke you....hahahha

at 5psi, I'm running 8.5 to 1 A/F and on 8.5psi, I spiked 12.0 then went down to 10.8 to 1 @ redline so its runny pretty safe...thanx man...now I need some company...wes...sam...

whooooaaaa man, that 8.5 is a little lean dude....you want you a/f to be between 11-13....check that out dude...that is from what i have read that we need to be around....

i am ordering more stuff for me kit this week...hopefully i will be boosted again before the end of june
