Ok so to all those whom having issues with their car start only with cable from the scanner connect to it,here's the problem that causing it. The ground wires need to be check before you do anything or waste money taking it to the mechanic. I took a picture to show. The two from the water passage on the thermostat housing and the one to the far left by transmission hook where my finger is pointing at.
The two at the water passage, the one to the left where my finger not actually touching the bolt at the water passage, that one was loose so I tightened it and the car starts right up.
