Adjust the throttle cable

<font face="Verdana">The throttle cable is one of the easiest ways to get a little more response out of our cars.<br />
Honda keeps extra slack in the cable for 'granny' drivers so they don't rear end people! The rest of us on the other hand WANT that extra jump off the line! Here is how... </font>

<ol><li><font face="Verdana">First get a set of wrenches to fit the two nuts. </font>
</li>
<li><font face="Verdana">Then loosen the locknut enough to when you pull the cable, their is about half as much slack. </font>
</li>
<li><font face="Verdana">Next, tighten the adjusting nut so the cable stays put. </font>
</li>
<li><font face="Verdana">Your all set! All you need to do is make sure the car does not idle any higher once warm. </font>
</li>
</ol>
