Problems w/ TYC projectors
I have a 2002 ex. The projectors have been installed for a year now. The driver's side low beam bulb blew the other day. How do you take the bulb out of the metal holder? I've loosened the metal clamps, but the bulb still won't come out. Am I just not trying hard enough? I don't want to break anything.
What are the brightest bulbs that I can get w/o getting HIDs?
Also the other side headlight has condensation in it. Is there anyway to dry it out and stop it from happening any more?
Thanks for the advice guys.
And I did search.

Re: Problems w/ TYC projectors
I actually have condensation on my TYC's drivers side light. I rechecked the bulb seals, they are fine, so it must be the seal of the headlight itself, aka the clear lense to the back portion of the light. I'm not suprised though because it looks like the bead of silicone wasnt an A+ job in the first place. I need to re-do the silicone on it eventually. You can find out how to do this by searching for it, basically put it in the oven, pull it apart, clean off orig bead, put a new one on, close it back up.
As for the bulbs, I think they are held back by the projectors themselves, which are cloudy- at least mine look like there is a layer of dust on the back portion of the lense. I compare these to my buddies TSX projectors and they are crystal.
