Re: DIY : Double Neon Angel Lights

This might be off topic but i installed these angel eye lights ..

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/XENON...ht_3792wt_1165

..and the lights came with 6000k hids. if you go to the link it should show a picture of the back of the headlights. i was wondering how do i install HID lights on these headlights?

the picture of my hids are below

Re: DIY : Double Neon Angel Lights

the HID bulb just goes in place of the normal halogen bulb and plugs into the ballast. you can cut that rubber disc off and throw away the red and black wires with the spade terminals on it. you only need that if your high and low beam are together. i didn't see you mention a relay harness. you'll want to buy or build one unless you want to burn up your stock wires. connect the relay harness to the battery and the stock lighting connector. then plug the ballast into the relay harness.

Re: DIY : Double Neon Angel Lights

the rubber cap that goes on to cover the low beam bulb wouldn't fit if i were to install HIDs. how would i seal the cover to the hid bulb?
