clikcking sound when i turn right
whenever i turn right my car makes a clicking sound, its kinda like when peoples cv joints are bad but i only have 24,000 miles. i took the wheel off and it sounds like its coming from the boot closets to the hub.
take it to dealer...from my experience, i once had my car make a clunk sound when i turned right, and it turned out that my struts were blown...its weird...just take it to the dealer to be safe.
Yep....same problem here....Dealer tried to blame it on the strut bar...but the faget didn't know it did it before I put it on....I don't know what the problem is...I think my struts are fine....They don't bounce or anything wierd

Mine's doing this too, but I've only got 6,100 on it. Should I remove my strut bars before taking it in to avoid the hassle? Or will the dealer really try to screw me over it?

Hey guys,.... try this, if when you turn right your 2nd gear is still engaged and the noise appears, it's a fact, your planetary gear is shot. Many people might confuse this noise with the similar cv joint noise. Try to turn right when your in neutral( no gears engaged ) if the noise isn't there then hav honda check your transmission for a possible wear in your right planetary gear.
GOOD LUCK.

Thats good advice, my mechanic told me the exact same thing when my old car started making a similar noise, turns out thats what it was. This was after another shop pretty much ripped up my front suspension and axles thinking it was the CV joint

i just noticed the noise in my car the other day. and it only happens when im in second gear. ive got an appointment setup at the dealership on monday, but until then should i drive my car as little as possible or is it fine. and this is all gonna be covered under warranty right?
i have a popping/clicking noise when i turn left and cut back. Everything is stock. i jacked the car up and there is nothing wrong, no play anywhere and no grease?
any ideas?
thank you.

There's a TSB on this for bad front springs. Also it could be a loose spring. Next time you jack up the front end, try turning the springs on both sides. This is after you make sure that your car is supported good on jack stands. If the spring turns, then its not seated properly in the perches or your struts arent indexed right. I had this problem after I installed my Konis. Read more about it here: http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...11#post1800711
