Alarm siren for horn

A friend of mine has a truck that he bought from someone and the horn sounds like a car alarm siren does anyone know how to do that

I know a civic with siren that sounds like cops siren, someone was burning tires in front of him, he sounded the siren, it scared the guy out of hell.

if you want it simple, you can go pick up any alarm siren for $15-20

and replace the horn with it.

bad side is that everytime you press the horn, the siren will go off...
