Question Clicking Noise and Shaking

Hi I am stumped on what could be the issue with my suspension.
When I accelerate and get to 40 MPH I start to hear a clicking noise like Wheel of Fortune and gets faster until I reach 48 MPH and then completely stops. I am not sure if that would be the CV Axel or not as I did not see a split boot. Also the wheel starts to shake the faster I go and I start to hear a loud humming noise in the car that gets louder the faster I go as well. The weird thing is If I cut the wheel to the right while driving the clicking and humming noise go away! so I know it has to be something in the suspension. Thank you for any help!

Re: Clicking Noise and Shaking

That almost sounds like a wheel bearing.

that is one potential cause, but not the only one. Could just be used and old age.
