Slight clicking/popping noise when turning

If I cut my wheel almost all the way to the right there is a small clicking / popping noise when turning. Anyone experience this. I have Hayames.

3rd locknut, make sure its tight. I've had people tell me that they swear it is but they'll check and find that its loose. it needs to be REALLY² tight

That **** is tight. I even put locktite on the treads so it would not come loose again.

Check your top bolt. Mine was doing this and it was the center bolt that holds the top plate to the spring in not one of the three bolts....the center one try.

dID THAT and it still made the noise. I just changed only my passenger side brake pad and it is gone. I still had some pad left but I guess after 32K of hard driving they needed some love
