Slight clicking/popping noise when turning

Slight clicking/popping noise when turning
If I cut my wheel almost all the way to the right there is a small clicking / popping noise when turning. Anyone experience this. I have Hayames.

Rep Power: 417 3rd locknut, make sure its tight. I've had people tell me that they swear it is but they'll check and find that its loose. it needs to be REALLY² tight

Check your top bolt. Mine was doing this and it was the center bolt that holds the top plate to the spring in not one of the three bolts....the center one try.
