2008 1.8 Serp belt tensioner broke bolt [solved]

2008 1.8 Serp belt tensioner broke bolt [solved]
My tensioner bolt broke off, is that part its in, the block or timing cover? I didn't notice the water pump bolt until I uploaded the pic. Surprise.So any advice before I break out the drill and try to get the bolt out? The belt routing was the revised route I dunno what happened.

must give a thumbs up to harbor freights bolt extractors. looks like first 2 to 3 threads are gone other then that looks like I can go back with it.

The water pump bolt was just started and never tightened. Surprised it didn't fall out, on the previous mechanics defense though, that bolt is completely hidden when looking from top I missed it till now.
