it's a 04 civic dx. when you start up the car it makes funny sound humm/rattle and the drl light flickers with the sound and the passenger side daytime running light is out. but as soon as you turn on the headlights it goes away (the sound) and low beams work both sides but when switch to high beams passenger does not work.I have changed the bulb and it seemed to fix everything but it only lasted for a day or so and then light "burnt" out again. alsoits hard to tell but i think sometimes at night the highbeam will flicker back on once in a while.
SOOOO... if my DRL's are on then I get a funny sound but once I turn my headlights on it goes away. what is the sound?

You need to locate the drl module and re-solder some of the connections.
