04 LX with EX ecu --vtec solenoid error
I just had a new ecu put in my 04 LX. Apparently the new ecu is an EX ecu, and is now throwing a vtec solenoid error. Also, the engine shutters and bucks when it hits 4000rpm (i'm guessing the vtec is trying to kick in).
I want to go ahead and do an EX head swap to correct this problem. What is a COMPLETE list of the parts I need to buy.

Its been covered before. You need a head. and you'll have to wire in VTEC.
And the car is in limp mode, VTEC engages below 3K.
