Here's the story.
So I'm sending my evo2 exhaust back to greddy so they can figure out what that buzzing sound coming from my resonator is. soo this morning i took off all my aftermarket exhaust stuff so i could put my stock exhaust back on (including headercat, midpipe and muffler.) While taking my random tech cat off of the header one of the bolts snapped in half



...i tried to unscrew it with a set of pliars( both clockwise and counterclockwise) and it won't budge. Anybody have suggestions on how to get this sucker out...or an idea of where i might have this done? thanks...i might go out and buy a good pair of vice grips....any other suggestions let me know. Thanks!

forgot to mention, one of my wheel studs also decided to just stay in my lug nut and now i can't get that lugnot off...should i just go to firestone or something and have them get it out??

um ok for the bolt stuck in the mani go to auto zone or something like an auto parts store and get some PB blaster and spray it on and let it sit for a min and repeat until its loose. and yea the wheel will have to be drilled out and stud replaced

well i tried the pb blaster and vice grips, but the top of the bolt just broke...again. It looks like i'll have to drill it out. Has anyone had experience with this first hand? ANy tips.... pilot hole, then left hand drill bit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

your gonna have to drill the bolt out and re-thread the hole to the correct thread you can find the special bit and re-thread kit at any home depot or hw store or auto parts store if they are that diverse and the exhaust mani bolt your gonna have to get from honda costs like 20 bucks (i know its expensive for a bolt but honda is the only place that has it. you can look for others but i doubt you will find them)

well *** for the bolt i used the ones that came with random tech....i still have the OEM bolts....idk if they fit through the random tech holes...so i'll see. have to get the snapped bolt off first thx.
