Exhaust question. HELP!

Hi guys. New to the community and glad to finally have my hands on the wheel of another Civic! Had a few when I was younger but, strayed away for some time. Recently got another "poor man's R" 2000 Si with a B18C bottom end. I have a small problem. Been getting some bolt ons and I need some help. I got the Skunk2 mega power headers that have a 2.5" outlet that goes to the c.c. my problem is my Apexi WS2 cat back exhaust has a 2.36" inlet. So my problem lies in the fact that one, I'm not sure if the inlet size for my exhaust is refered to as 2.5" and two, as much as I look I can't find a catalytic converter or a test pipe with a 2.5" inlet and 2.25" outlet. 3 bolt triangle flange inlet and 2 bolt diamond outlet if it matters. If anyone knows where I can find such a part please let me know! Also, what does everyone think about this.... From the intake back..... AEM cold air, skunk2 ultra series 90mm throttle body, skunk2 ultra series intake manifold, and all performance valvetrain with skunk2 pro+1 cams. Sound like a good setup? Those are the parts I have available anyway. The only reason I say 90mm t.b. is because skunk2 recommends it with that particular manifold. So thanks for reading and thanks for the info.!
