horn dying..?
so i just got an email from my sister, she has a 2004 EX auto. she says the normal horn chirp when she locks her car has died down to a low pitch sound. same is true when she honks the horn, she thinks that it is shorter too.
im away at school so i have no idea what she is talking about. sounds just like a bad connection or the actual horn maybe.
Has anyone heard of this? if not, got any ideas?
p.s. her warranty is up so she didnt want to bring it in.
THANKS PPL

It probably is the horn itself, Since the tone is different it may sound shorter.
Most of the relays have the same part #, The horn relay could easily be swapped for another for a quick ruling out of the relay.
Not easy to gain access to the horn on these models.
