does the 7440 turn signal bulb work with a 7443 socket. I just want that bulb to work when turning, not on all the time

also i read that the SIR uses our size but its single filament, thats what i want.. is that 7440 or 7443, and what year SiR is it, thanks

Xenin is an unknown quantity at this point
you have to cut a little part of a 7443 socket to fit a 7440 bulb in there. Raybrig makes a 7443 amber bulb.

worst case if it does the opposite of what you want, just cut and switch the red and green wires going to the socket.

to get that fog out, when the weather is nice and hot outside, open the hood and pull the seal and bulb out and let it sit for 10 minutes and reinstall. the fog will go away like that.
