point on record for seat belt ticket?
in the state of california, does a seat belt violation add a point to your driving record?
ive asked local buddies and im getting mixed answers. ill be calling local traffic division and court house tomorrow but i real curious and wont sleep well til i find out.

another: would it be worth awhile to appear in court for it to bring fines lower or do service work if i cannot afford the fine?
