I was going down 91S and upon exiting on a downhill offramp going just as slow as everyone else, a cop walks out into the middle of the road and points to me to pull over. He then hands me a ticket of $100 for 40 mph in a 30 with "estimated" checked off as to how he knew how fast I was going. There cant be tickets given out to "estimated" speeds......how does he know I out of the 4 of us was going 10 over???

Can you say "not guilty"

I'm suppose to be heard (second time, appeal) before the revenue generator of our "great" commonwealth on June 30th... I was found responsible the first time i piad 20 bucks and got the appeal... just curious why'd they let you off?

well, they didnt just let me off.....i had my story str8 and i was prepared to argue it out with the cop and magistrate (which ended up happening) i last said that since there was no record of when the gun (radar) was last calibrated, there's no way that it was accurate......mine took about a good 10 minutes of back and forth but then i won

cops have told me they can "estimated" how fast i was traveling and just use radar to confirm their estimation and they say thier right about 8 out of 10 times
