today was my courtdate for a ticket i got. Speeding and modified exhaust. the exhaust i fixed and paid 10 bucks as for the speeding i paid a bail amount of around 100 bucks then made a courtdate to see the cop. I totally forgot it was today. I had traffic school within 18 months so I wanted to do the 12 hour traffic school or something, but i missed my courtdate which was today, is there anyway i can ask for traffic school or is it too late?

you need to call the court and ask, but to make things look better, go up there and explain yourself. they will probably work with you.

yeah i showed up the next day and they told me to make another appointment in which I did.
I wasnt going to wait a couple days for answers saying to go to the court next day so I jujst went there the next day, luckily everything worked out fine.

I almost missed my court date just this week, thank god I doulbed checked an hour before my court date

Go to the adress on the back of your ticket. File for a re-openeing

tell them that it was a honest mistake, and you fully intended to go to court. Smile real big at the person behind the plexiglass window and they should reopen it for you.

oh and there aint no speeding ticket in canada thats criminal
