Trunk won't fully close

I have a 2007 coupe, the trunk on the passengers side is staying open 1/2 inch to an inch. The other side is sitting flush like it should I can't seem to figure out what would cause this.

Assuming nothing is blocking it from fully closing, it sounds like the hinge needs adjusted, perhaps got bent?

Also I'm not sure if that generation has them but there may be a black bump stop the diameter of a quarter and about 3/4s of an inch tall, these sometimes screw in and out, if you find one screw it in clockwise.
