Can the rear shock assembly from an Si / Sir hatchback swap directly with a Coupe ?
whats nfm?
i think the ep3 has different struts/shocks than the em2/es1/etc. cause companies wouldnt make different applications for the hatchbacks than just the coupe/sedans. so i'd say it wouldnt fit directly IMO

As far as I know... they go right in.... all the coilovers do, so why won't the shocks? Make sure you use Coupe/sedan springs or your ride height will be goofy.
For the record though... the coupe/sedan have more weight on the rear, so they may actually have stronger shocks than the EP3.

Hey 909 if you need springs I've got a set of rears just sitting under my bed.
Here's a thought - do OEM sedan and coupe springs differ in terms of spring rate? Logic would dictate that they should considering the weight distro is different. But I've looked around and could find no definite answers.

Thanks Telly, basically I might have a set left over if I do a rear disk swap, and I need to know if they'll fit a coupe if I plan on installing them, or end up giving them to someone who needs new rear struts.
