well as u can see im not really happy....... throughtout the months about my car being hydrolocked and then getting it repaired and everything...ever since then ive had the most problems ever........my tranny was messed up somehow with the flood and it has been rebuilt once and now its back to the same sh*t the clutch was warped cause of the water and also had the bad TPS sensor they had replaced with the TB when they replaced my engine...so basically what im tryin to say is that if u ever are in this situation dont let them try and repair ur engine your car will never be the same all ull end up with is many headaches and an empty pocket...

wish i still had my damn goped...no problems there

well, if you have the money and want performance, i say swap it with a k20.....that is what Hawk did when his got hydrolocked.

Or it's too late now, but maybe you should have swapped another D17....prolly would have been cheaper.

Yup ... rebuilding an engine after hydrolock is always a risky undertaking... saves money, but like you said, it's unlikely to be as good as it was before.

just get the k20, i would if i where you. someone is selling it on this site for 3200. get a credit card or save money and get it. its a steal for that price.
