There is someone on the ClubRSX website that can do Angel eyes for like $80 U.S. He uses high quality glossy black paint. Perhaps if a lot of people here inquired him about it, he will try it on a Civic? It shouldn't be too hard. Basically he just opens up the headlight like you would to clear them, and he paints them over the chrome to give it a blacked out look. You can save yourself a lot of dough if you want the look of projectors. His name is Jdock, send him a PM.
