I have the hks rear section and i want to get piping..if i get 2" piping with no resonater will it be as loud as if i were to get 2 1/4 with a resonater?.. and which one would be the better choice?..thnks

i just got a full custom catback and they chopped that resognator right off, it sounded fine without it, not to loud u should be cool

I would have to say yes it would be louder but not the same tone.


Right now i have a flowmaster w/ no resonator and im sick of it...Its very loud, i set off alarms. Also for some reason i think its because of how mine was installed i get this raspy sound when i start up the car. but when it warms up its nice and deep.
