pulled over twice in 5 mins!
Cocky: Man, you sure are (Cocky that is, I figure if you're stupid enough to evade a cop than you might not have gotten that one). I've got a friend who got nailed for Fleeing and Evading (exactly what you did) and he couldn't drive for TWO YEARS because his insurance was so high.... One time you're going to get nailed and I'll bet you'll chalk it up to "them stupid cops." Maybe you won't change your mind until you kill some 8 year old kid who was coming back from soccer practice cause you wanted pretend you were racing in a civic..... too bad....
DoubleDeuce: Anything that is in plain sight of a cop (read: can be seen without moving other things out of the way) is legal to look at. e.g: anything that anyone ELSE could see, the cop is allowed to see... but if he sees something that he doesn't like, then he gets to search your car to his hearts content.

cops are stupid... that happend to me.. I mean not ticket twice in a row but I got pulled over.. he was asking me if I was drunk because I was kindah swerving.. but I said no.. I could prove it.. then he still gave me ticket he said I was driving too slow.. LOL.. I was sure I was driving exact speed limit... that was really stupid.. anyway.. fight for it... he didn't have any record that your friend was driving over speed limit.... did he?.. you guys should have asked for the evidence he was driving over speed limit.. it should be in his radar and ****.. thats what my friend did and the case was dismissed coz he didn't have any evidence.. the cop just pulled him over because he was prolly jealous of his car or something LOL...
look tupac said it best "***** F*ck the police" but then again they are just normal dudes doin their jobs...im not gonna lie...they can be jerks but I have noticed if u dont act like a total jerk and ur not doin something stupid and outrageous they dont care and will let you slide...But then again i dunt like in a lil bumble smuck town...here in NYC its diff...the cops have way too much to worry about than to harass some kid wit an exhaust...just 3 days ago i got pulled ova for my tints (5%) and the cop was like damn those ***** are dark...i said yea i know im not gonna they match my rims and he laughed...so he said u werent speeding but those arent legal....i mentioned a few cops i knew...he asked how i knew them and i said they were family friends...he said he didnt know them too well but that i should have those tints removed before some cop gets up my butt and that the real reason he pulled me over is my tail light was out...jus be nice and respectful i guess....they are normal people with slight power issues but hey it comes wit the job i guess...i would feel like the ish if i could carry a glock 25 around all day...LOL
BTW for all you so called legal buffs... A CAR IN NOT A PERSON OR PROPERTY THERFORE IT CAN BE SEARCHED WITHOUT A WARRANT OR ARREST AT ANYTIME OR PLACE. an automobile does not fall under the bill of rights and the ammendment against 4th ammendment which says
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
trust me my cousin went to court over this and the judge told him a car is not person or property so a cop can search till his face turns blue. so please guys dont listen to everyone else when they say a cop cant search your car without your consent...learn ur rights dudes trust me it will save you and keep everyone outa unnecessary trouble in the long run!

Anyways, cops out here in cali are total 8===>'s. They really are. I got pulled over for going 141 in a 65. With my flirtatious smile and HARDCORE flirting, I got it down to a 75 and only payed 130 bucks

well, my friend's mom got pull over driving 53mph on a 50mph in a Mitsu Galant... one of those family sedan cars.... totally stock too. my friend said the cop just pulls out of a side street and start driving very close to her, so she have to step on gas a little bit 'cause she doesn't wanna get hit by the cop car...
141 in a 65 is stupid. and cops in cali are chill. i got pulled over for havin my music too loud (i didn't know there was a law for that) and for goin 40 in a 25 and runnin two stop signs. the cop asked me if the car was mine and i was like "no it's my parents". he walked all around the car i assume lookin for mods, asked me to open the trunk, looked in there for a half second, closed the trunk, gave me back my license and insurance **** and said "don't let it happen again". i thought i was busted for sure. i've been pulled over about 10 times, all for speeding and i never got a ticket. and i'm only 17 so you'd think that they'd be more strict. on the other hand, i don't speed anymore, so maybe not givin out tickets works sumtimes.
