I don't think you can get them in bottles anymore.
The Redbull that came in the bottles were imported from over seas... but now that they're manufacturing and distributing Redbull in North America, businesses are buying them locally which means they only come in cans.

I dont know if the bottles are any bigger, but a Redbull rep told me that the size and quantity of vitamins is the optimal amount and that they have no intentions of creating a double size like Rockstar, or Monster.

^^ yup...each can of Redbull is like a cup of coffee. It's not "recommended" to consume more then 2 cans per day.
I know so much because my girlfriend works for redbull and I have an endless supply of it at our house.
We have about 4 cases right now.. 1 in the fridge. A case of 24 sells for $72!
I love free

you can get the bottles @ Kowloon Market on Sommerset for about $1.90+taxes per bottle. There's also a little store down in the Byward Market right across the street from Luxe Bistro and Zak's Diner which sells it for $2.00 incl. taxes. I know there's also a little store in Barrhaven that sells them, but it's almost $3 per bottle.
I LOVE the bottled stuff; I'll take it over the canned stuff if there's a choice. If you're wondering, the difference is that the bottled stuff is the original Thai stuff and is not carbonated. Meanwhile, the canned stuff is made by an European pharmaceutical company which has licensing rights.
You'll notice that there's less liquid in the bottles (150mL), BUT it's also more concentrated so it evens out.
I only buy the bottles, since I get the same effect without feeling bloated. I definitely don't like carbonated drinks before my football games, although I guess it depends what you're using it for. I suppose the canned stuff is better for mixed drinks, like with vodka.

Mike... when's the next time you're coming to the GTA?
Infusions Inc. is the official distributor for Original Thai Red Bull in Ontario and a very good client of ours. We usually have a case of the bottles in the office and it gets replenished when needed haha.
Get them quick though, the family that owns the can has recently gotten permission from the original family (bottle) for the rights to both recipies. It's uncertain right now whether or not the bottles will be in production once the (can) family takes over.... so act fast. I'll grab you a case if you want, just msn me

. My best friend once told me he used to buy them in a small convenience store downtown for around $4 each. I told him to check out stores I mentionned above. He keeps thanking me from that day on for all the money he's saving hehehe. Thread
