1.7 to 3.2 swap? Can I?

Can this be done without major changes to subframe? I find the 1.7 rather challenged in the performance Dept. and would love to have a sleeper Civic.

K swap is much much easier. As far as I know you cannot find mounts to accommodate a J series engine so everything would have to be custom made, and wiring would also be a mess. You would almost certainly not be able to fit it under the hood without cutting a good sized hole or removing it completely.

Is it possible? Absolutely.
Will it cost a small fortune? Absolutely.

i think they make mounts for the older generations, but it will either have the oil pan too low or a lifted hood.
