TSI Turbo Kit- tuning problem?

Hey all,

D17A1 (2001 Civic LX) boosted with TSI kit. Stock internals, everything replaced new (and I mean everything except the block and head).

Car ran fine before boost, so not an engine problem. Fuel management via the TSI "black box" using stock settings.

Problem: When I either creep up on boost (half way throttle and don't shift until redline) or floor it at WOT, the car boosts up fine and picks up. I can even shift hard and boost keeps going. My problem arises when I take my foot off the gas, the car will cut off. I can restart it without a problem, and it'll stay on, but it's that initial cut off that worries me.

I have ordered the AEM wideband, so will look into that. But in the mean time, any of you guys know what it may be?

Only other parts I added after the turbo kit was a magnaflow spun metallic catalytic converter, so both my O2 sensors are plugged in. Also tried disconnecting the MAP sensor, but to no avail.

Thanks for any help all

The wideband will help a lot there...seems like the IACV is getting confused from the boost and isn't holding the idle properly to keep the engine running...that's just a guess though.
