Seems like you could get electric power steering out of an EP and throw the retrex where the power steering is and keep ac.

Probably not as there really isn't enough room for the unit in that spot without hitting the exhaust mani on one side or making the snout poke past the strut tower making it impossible to route the belt to the crank pulley.

Re: Rotrex Supercharger?
i wanted to place in P/S pump spot. great place for mounting.
problem: rotrex SC only rotate in clockwise direction. P/S pump rotates counter-clockwise.
i've contacted rotrex, they say no, they do not have a counter rotation available. so, i have to engineer a reverse idler pully. SC will most likely have to be gear or chain driven, (noisey)
any ideas how to reverse a pully direction otherwise?

Re: Rotrex Supercharger?
Would there be enough room to make a bracket that flips the charger over in order to create the correct rotation? It'd be kind of ghetto but...

Re: Rotrex Supercharger?
i was thinking this might work. i don't have ABS so there is some room; but the motor mount is kinda in the way. also, SC must be mounted on the engine block assembly. it'd be a strange and combersome bracket. i'm thinking a gear-driven mechinism with a pully is the only way. i.e. mount the pully where the p/s pump is, have a small spline shaft that runs to another gear. basicly think of two ***** stacked on top of each other. when the bottom ball rotates, it causes the ball on top to turn the oppisite direction...
