HELP Plz
Ok im just about "done" with my swap but have several issues i haven figures out..
First, my swap is kinda odds and ends ive been able to get
K24a1 Block
k24a2 head
k20a2 cams
k20az3 intake manifold
k20a2 tranny with ep3 final drive
eps
first well ive got the coolant plug ive got to deal with from the IM do i just plug that away of is that were is hould install the old d17 coolant sensor...
car wont crank, at first we thought it was the immobilizer since my uncle tried to star the car and the kpro did not have it turned of, but as far as im aware the immobilizer does not afect the starter, if affects the coil, pump and injectors, and at least the pump works since i can hear it when i turn the ignition key, but i have the little flashing key led on the dash, so i dont know what to think...
also the car was an automatic and was turnes into a manual do i just leave those plugs that go to the automatic shifter hanging??
i also think the ECU is no getting enough ground, how do people usually ground it?? just by the screws that set it in place, or aditional ground would be helpfull??
i dunno if it oculd be the conversion from auto to manual but is there suposed to be a switch that tells the ecu that the clutch peddal is engaged?
if so witch one is it....
sorry for the questions but came to pick ca up from uncles supposedly ready only needes me to get the hondata to work and its all halfasses finished and im just about to throw a molotov cocktail in the car...

Re: HELP Plz
If a key is put in that the car does not recognize the starter will just crank and the green key will flash on your speedometer. Thats what my car did when i put in a key that i cut out myself. The problem is either with a bad relay, or bad connection

Re: HELP Plz
Kk so even if i disabled the immobilizer in the ECU a bad relay or conection could still trigger the immobilizer, and render my car pretty much useless??
thas good to know, cuz we were stuck on the ecu and just wanted to know if it could be anything else down the line...
