The car vibrates when it's first turned on. Then when the rpms drop from the car being on for a min it's not as bad. Haven't driven the car on the street yet. I'll be picking up the car today because Henry has to have the building cleared by tomorrow. I'm going to try to get used to the vibration. If not I'll see if Hasport can make softer inserts.

On my way to pick up the car now. It's only running the stock Greddy E-Manage maps and still needs some things worked out. Atleast it's drivable. Henry said he will finish up some details when he is settled from the move. He said to give him a month. All man another month.
Thanks PunkingCivic for the Rep+ for the all the updates. Thanks everyone for all the postive feedback. I really appreciate them.

Pick up the car yesterday. As far as the acceleration all I can say was oh my...much more than I expected. It's real easy to brake loose on the traction but manageable. I still want to get some stickier rubber. Car is still running a little rough and rich. It still needs to be tuned and to have the fuel pump up graded. The power feels great except when passing 6k I hear slight pinging. Maybe because the stock fuel pump can't dish out enough fuel at higher rpm. I just going to baby the car until it's tuned and fuel pump is replaced.
The car vibrates...but it's something I can get used to. It's really not that bad IMO.
The car has some other bugs in it. The AC Clutch is not turning on when I turn on the AC. I don't think it's wired correctly. I just had the car charged yesterday with freon. Also the speedometer is not working.
Looks like it's time for me to buy some manuals and do some searching this weekend. If anybody has any ideas what the problems may be feel free to post them up. I'm all hears. Rep + to anybody that comes up with the any of the solutions.

^^^same here, mine idle at 1500-1700. 2k @ idle is too high. Hook up a laptop to kpro and see what the ecu said. Maybe the tech is a little off.
White0nGold's : Mine greddy kit w/ intercooler is 4sale. $2200 shipped to ur house. Sry off topice
Car look nice. First K20z1 swap + turbo!!! When you at it check out why my temp gauge is not working plz (J/K). It has to do something w. Kpro, that the gauge is not working. DON"T quote me on it. That is what the shop said when they done w/ my swap.
I just buy a autometer meter water temp instead.

Thanks guys for keeping the positive comments coming. I had a little more work done on the car. I got a wheel alignment and some Toyo ProxesT1R's for the front two wheels. Wow what a difference in traction. They are a 280 vs the Proxes 4's 300 treadware rating. I think also the alignment being way off had to do with some of the traction issues. I wanted to get the Toyo RA1's but they didn't come in 215 35/18.
When picking up my car from Motorsport Dynamics about a month ago they told me my alignment should be on and wouldn't need an alignment but it was way off. Also just before closing Henry told me he was going to be able to get the car refed with the turbo. Then when I was picking up the car he told me we need to wait for Greddy to come with a carb sticker.
Well I found another shop in Fremont CA and it is close to where I work. They installed the BOV. The are going to check to see why my ac compressor is not turning on. They were intalling K-Pro but forgot to order the 05-06 adaptor kit. So they put back in the Emanage at no additional charge. I had bought another 04 ECU for K-Pro so I can swap it back and forth for street or track use. Ill keep the updats coming.

My speedometer is also not working. I'm not sure yet but I think I need the 05-06 RSX Clustor since the 05-06 RSX has a different speed sensor in the tranny. I checked the parts manual and the 02-04 RSX Cluster has a different part number from the 05-06 RSX Cluster. I'll keep you updated on the cluster info.
The car has been running great with the K-Pro and with 2 hours of street tuning. With the stickier tires and wheel alignment the car gets off the line pretty well. My next step is to upgrade my coilovers with adjustable dampeners. The B&G's seem to be too soft in the back which allows too much weight transfer to the back wheels. This make the front wheels light and loose traction. The BOV has been installed also.
One more issue the car is having is the oil line to the turbo is leaking. The shop that started the swap in Sacramento was suppose upgrade this because I was charged for it.
Oh well still having lots of fun with this car. I keep the updates coming.
Sorry I have been gone for a while from this tread. I had a set back about a month ago. I hit something on the road and it took out all 4 Centerline wheels with two blowouts, my secondary O2 sensor and blewout the shock tubing from the top base of the coilover.
Since it's winter I went to a 16 inch wheel. It's the Honda 5 star 16x6.5 wheel with some sticky Hankook Ventus Rs2 Z212 205/50R16. I also replaced the B&G coilovers with Funtion Form Type 1 coilovers.
With this combo the car rides and handles much better than before. The tires have a 200 treadwear rating. Now just have to feather 1st gear and hammer second gear depending on the condition of the road. I have not adjusted the setting yet but the Funtion Form Type 1 coilovers are a major improvement over the B&G's. I can feel the grip of these tires and the car doesn't rock back nearly as bad as before.
Before I had to feather the clutch from 1st to 3rd gear with 300 treadwear rating 215/35 18 tires which were Toyo Proxies 4. Then with 280 treadwear 215/35 18 tires I had to feather 1st and 2nd gear. Both of these set ups have been with the B&G coilovers which were pretty soft in the back.
I'm hoping to hit the track within 3 weeks. I'll post some vids also. I did't have a chance to work on the Speedo issue yet. Here are a few pics of the car with the new wheels and coilovers.
