K20z1 Swap/Turbo in process.
Hi everyone,
Stopped by the shop today and took some more pics. They are finishing up the AC and Powersteering lines. They finished the intercooler piping but still needs the BOV installed. They were going to take the car in today to get the imobilizer flashed but they said they had to order a part to get the hydrolic clutch to work. I also noticed they need to order some EP radiator fans to fit the Koyo EP radiator.
I'm going to stop by tommorrow to take some more pics. Hopefully the car will be done soon. This heat wave is killing me and my van has no AC.
Here are the pics. Thanks and I'll keep updating.

4 uI stopped by the shop to check up on the car. Well since the Koyo aftermarket radiator is thicker the EP fans would not fit. I have to go with some aftermarket fans which are on order. I also asked the shop to order a Walbro 255 pump. I couldn't take any good pictures because the car was too high on the lift.
Well I was hoping the car would be done by now, but it's good to know this shop is making sure everything is done right. I'll keep the updates coming.

WELCOME to the k20 boosted civic club. It's gonna feel great when you get the car back. tight fitting all those goodies under the hood.
quick question on your a/c lines. Did you get custom ones? I still need some for my car.

I remembered Henry saying that he was able to mix and match most of the AC lines from the rsx, vic and Si. The one from the compressor the to the condenser he was talking about he may have to do a custom line by cutting the RSX line and my stock line and welding them together. I didn't ask him if that's what he actually end up doing. Sorry, I wish I could give you more info.
I stopped by the shop Tue and Weds and it was not good. The shop was closed during normal business hours. Henry said he was getting ready to go out of business a couple a weeks ago. He told me he would make sure my car was finished if he did. I called them Tueday to check on the status of the swap and they returned my call telling me they had to overnight the fans which suppose to have been ordered last week. I hope these guys don't give me the run around and complete this project.

The other AC Line from the condensor to the compressor he was able to use a stock EP AC Line. It bolted on with no problem. Sorry I couldn't take any pics because the car was still sitting high on the lift. When I stop by the shop next week I'll try to get some close up pics. Hope this helps.
I stopped by the shop today and Henry was there. He said Ray was not able to work on my car last week but he is scheduled to work on it Thurs., Fri, Mon. and Tue. They have to make the radiator and fan fit, adjust the exhaust system to fit, then have it towed to the dealer to work on the imobelizer. Once the car is running we have to make a schedule to see the ref. Thanks everyone and I'll keep updating.

thank you very much. i took a look last night and yes it makes sense what your saying.
EDIT: looking at some diagrams, like you said, the EP3 discharge line should work. I'm just trying to see now, which suction line is better. The rsx or ep3 line?? hmmm... +rep for the help. now i just need to find a wrecker with these lines.

This allowed that last connector to bolt up nice and clean.

Henry sounded really confident when explaining this information to me. He has also been tunning cars for about 20 years now. In the beginning I was concerned if it would pass...but now I believe the car has a good chance of passing.

I hope they can have it towed to the dealer by Monday or Tuesday and have the imobilizer flashed. Hope I can drive it by Tuesday...but the way things have been going lately I would say about another two weeks from now.

I waited 3 months for my swap. It is the same of crap they told me. Waiting for ac lines, ps line, etc from the dealer.
Oh well they did a pretty nice job on the swap though. But they are no longer their........
