Hello everyone, I stopped by the shop again today and they now have the engine mounted. Now they are getting ready for the plumbing and wiring.
Here are a few pics I took while they were finishing up. The first pic Ray was bolting down the last mount on the passenger side. Second pic the engine is bolted in and the last pic is the hood almost all the way closed.
From reading from the past posts on swaps I notice people had to cut part of the hood to clear the power stearing pump reservoir. Did any of you have problems with the pump itself clearing? The pump itself is what keeping the hood from closing in the last pic.
Also it looks like I'm going to have to ditch the windshield washer tank since it in the way of the intercooler piping.
Thanks for your support and I'll keep updating.

oh, btw you're gonna have problems with the 05 ecu, but i met some guy on k20a.org hes tweeking my 05 ecu/harness so it can work OH and my k20z1 is from an 2005 RSX type S, the 06 si engine is the k20z3 which is less HP than the z1, so far, the z1 has the most HP in the US except for the JDM k20, that one comes first, but yea just to let u know, its not gonna be that easy with the 05 ecu,so yea

I was under the impression that the hood needed to be trimmed for the resivour. Hopefully I can catch the guys at the shop before they start trimming away. I rather get the EP electric power steering.

Hondaluver, did you install an EP3 rack on your car? If you did, I would GREATLY appreciate any information you have on the wiring that's needed to make it work. And rimedin, if your boys at the shop do it, please, please, please have them take notes on the wiring. I will be converting to EPS soon and I need all the information on the wiring I can get.
Damn, that has to be costing you ALOOOOOT. I know what I have into my K20a2 swap with I/H and Kpro and I am doing it all myself. Is that a custom AC line that I see all wrapped up?? I can't wait until I get my K swap done the anticipation is killing me

Good Luck with your swap!
Hi everyone, I stopped by the shop yesterday and took some more pics. They have the shift linkage hooked up and some of the intercooling piping hooked up.
I can see they started doing some work on the wiring around the glove box area.
The guys at the shop check an EP they had at the shop to see if it was possible to do the electric power steering rack. They said it won't work for my application because the turbo is too close to the firewall.
Here's a few more pics. Thanks for all the positive coments.
