E-manage help
My emanage isn’t working right. I just updated to version 1.25a and now it doesn’t work its says “communication error check the connection.” When I plug my support tool cable into my emanage and into my laptop. I even tried using my Dad’s laptop with an older version of the support tool and I get the same message. Any ideas on what’s wrong and how I can fix it.
